Griffin wins new Giants deal
Saturday 31st July 10
Huddersfield Giants have given a new one-year contract to centre Josh Griffin, who has spent most of the season on a dual registration with Co-operative Championship club Batley.
The 20-year-old, who has made just two Engage Super League appearances, is the younger brother of Giants prop forward Darrell.
Huddersfield coach Nathan Brown said: “Josh had a slow start to the year but recently has hit a good run of form.
“His time at Batley has proved beneficial to his development and reports are that he’s been good for them as well in this second part of the season.”
