2nd November 2012
Catalan Dragons have appointed Adam Trypas as the club’s new head of strength and conditioning on a two-year contract.
Trypas, 36, has just completed a second stint with Newcastle Knights in the NRL having previously worked with Wakefield Trinity Wildcats and in Japanese rugby union.
“I'm very happy to welcome Adam on to our staff,” said Catalan coach Laurent Frayssinous.
“He shares the same philosophy as Keegan Smith and is focused on speed, power and strength.
“This will allow us keep improving for the seasons to come.”
