St Helens trio Francis Meli, Jon Wilkin and Ade Gardner have all been charged with committing offences during their Tetley’s Challenge Cup fourth round tie against Hull KR on Saturday April 20.
Meli will appear before the RFL Disciplinary Panel tomorrow evening (Tuesday April 23) in relation to a Grade E, intentional high tackle offence committed in the 33rdminute of the game.
Wilkin has been charged with committing a Grade C dangerous shoulder charge on Hull KR’s Michael Dobson in the 4thminute of the contest while Gardner has been charged with committing a Grade B dangerous shoulder charge on Kris Welham in the 17thminute.
Both Wilkin and Gardner have until 11.00am on Tuesday April 23 to submit Early Guilty Pleas in relation to the offences.
Catalan Dragons hooker Ian Henderson has been charged with committing a Grade B reckless strike offence during their Tetley’s Challenge Cup game against Hunslet Hawks on Sunday April 21.
Henderson has until 11.00am on Tuesday to submit an EGP in relation to the offence committed in the 26thminute of the tie.
