Huddersfield Giants have allowed prop forward Anthony Mullally to stay on loan at Bradford Bulls for the rest of the season.
The 22-year-old Ireland international joined the Bulls initially for a month after being unable to force his way into the Giants team and will now remain at Odsal, although his parent club will have the right to recall him at 24 hours' notice.
"Anthony needs to play minutes consistently and I am happy for him to be a part of the Bulls squad," Huddersfield coach Paul Anderson said.
"We have the option to recall him but at the minute I can't guarantee him the game time here."
Meanwhile, it could be Friday before Bradford discover their new owners.
The Leeds-based administrator is continuing to analyse the five bids submitted by last Thursday's deadline in conjunction with the Rugby Football League.
