Centre Jordan Turner is facing a two-month lay-off after x-rays revealed he broke a bone in his foot in the first half of Saturday's 32-12 Tetley's Challenge Cup fifth-round loss at Leeds Rhinos.
Coach Nathan Brown said: "Jordan played the latter part of the first half and all the second half with a broken foot."
Saints are still waiting to discover the full extent of the knee injury sustained by prop Kyle Amor, who also left the ground on crutches.
St Helens, who dropped from top to third in First Utility Super League after losing both Easter fixtures, host winless London Broncos at Langtree Park on Thursday.
