Harlequins RL will give debuts to 20-year-old back row forward Ben Bolger and new signings Oliver Wilkes, Ben Jones-Bishop and Matt James.
Missing the start through injury are skipper Rob Purdham, Karl Temata, Jon Wells, Lamont Bryan and newcomer Andy Ellis.
Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have Australians Shane Tronc and Daryl Millard making their Engage Super League debuts while ex-Bradford Bulls trio Terry Newton, Ben Jeffries and Glenn Morrison also make the 19-man squad along with fellow newcomers Paul Johnson and Paul King.
The Wildcats are without winger Damien Blanch (wrist) and full-back Matt Blaymire (knee).
