Round 10 Preview

Three Games Live on Sky Sports

Two games have already been played in Round 10 earlier on in the season, Leeds Rhinos beat Salford Red Devils and Hull KR beat London Broncos, those four teams will feature in the Challenge Cup this weekend.

Thursday: Huddersfield Giants vs Castleford Tigers (Live on Sky Sports, 19:45)

Castleford Tigers beat Wigan in a second-half comeback at the the Mend-A-Hose Jungle last week. They’ll travel to Huddersfield Giants who lost against Wakefield Trinity in the last round 17-16.

In their last six games against each other Castleford have won five, whilst Huddersfield have only won 1 game, a 32-18 victory in July 2018.

Friday: St Helens vs Warrington Wolves (Live on Sky Sports, 19:45)

St Helens return home after losing their unbeaten start to the season in wet conditions in Perpignan at the hands of Catalans Dragons. It’s the perfect game to bounce back from a loss, as they host top of the table rivals Warrington Wolves.

Warrington Wolves only loss also came in Perpignan like Saints, Blake Austin has found his feet in Super League, he now leads St Helens’ James Roby at the top of the standings. Wire came out victorious last time out in October.

Friday: Wakefield Trinity vs Wigan Warriors (19:45)

David Fifita has been the star man as of late for Wakefield Trinity, he’s only two points of the top of the Man of Steel standings. Trinity have two long-term injuries, superstars, Tom Johnstone and Bill Tupou.

Wigan Warriors will be deeply disappointed to have surrendered two points in Castleford last week, they climbed to victory in the first-half but a second-half collapse saw Castleford fight back.

Saturday: Catalans Dragons vs Hull FC (Live on Sky Sports, 17:00)

Catalans Dragons will be looking for consistency, they’ll host Hull FC for the second home game in a row, last week they ended Saints’ unbeaten start to the season.

Hull FC will be without Andre Savelio after he was suspended by Match Review Panel for one game, FC defeated Salford last week and a win for either Dragons or FC could take them into the top four.
