Hull's Good Friday

Tickets for the tasty Hull derby.

With only one week remaining until Hull FC face Hull Kingston Rovers on Good Friday, the lower bowl of the KCOM Stadium has effectively sold out.

Anticipation for the latest instalment of the Hull Derby has been growing in the city recently, and the lower bowl of the KCOM Stadium has effectively sold out, still with seven days remaining until the showpiece event.

The attendance is also boosted by over 1,500 youngsters from local community clubs, who will take part in a Derby Day version of Hull FC’s Magic Moments project.

Youngsters taking part in Magic Moments get to play rugby with members of the first team in the build up to the game, before walking out of the tunnel with the players as they enter the field and flag bearing on the pitch.

With tickets for the game selling fast, the lower bowl of the KCOM Stadium has effectively sold out. But as is tradition for Derby Day, the West Stand Upper section of the ground will be especially opened to supporters for the game.

Tickets are discounted for the West Stand Upper section of the ground until 11.59pm on Monday night.

Hull FC will be seeking revenge against the Robins, who scored a last minute try to win the Hull Derby in the season opener back in February.

However, backed by a blockbuster crowd in the first Good Friday Derby at the KCOM Stadium since 2013, the Black & Whites will have the advantage on the day.

Both clubs are expected to sell a significant amount of tickets in the build-up to the game over the next seven days.
