Bradford Bulls have announced a substantial three-year partnership with Tetley's (Carlsberg UK).
The agreement will also see the group, which incorporates both Tetley's and Carlsberg, become the official beer of the Bulls until at least the end of 2017.
Founded in 1822 by Joshua Tetley, Tetley's remains a globally-recognised brand and is a previous backer of the club.
Tetley's already sponsor the Challenge Cup and are the official beer of the Super League.
Bulls commercial director Danny Potticary has spoken of his delight, with another major brand - and a big supporter of all things rugby league - returning to get behind the club.
“To have such a successful organisation on board here with us at the Bulls is absolutely fantastic,” said Mr Potticary, who arrived at the Provident Stadium in April.
“Tetley's (Carlsberg UK) are a world-renowned brand and to see them getting behind the club is great.
“We look forward to a long a mutually-beneficial partnership with them. They have, in the past, sponsored the club and are now back to join us at the dawn of a new era for professional rugby league in the city of Bradford.”
Tetley's brand manager Paul Morris believes the partnership will strengthen Tetley's position in the rugby league market, as the beer of choice for supporters far and wide.
Mr Morris added: “Tetley’s are proud to become the official beer of Bradford Bulls – for the next three years – and further extending our relationship with rugby league.
“This new deal with the club further supports our strategic position as the beer of choice for rugby league fans.”
A range of Tetley's (Carlsberg UK) products will be available from this weekend, from bars around the ground, for Sunday's visit of Super League champions Wigan Warriors.
