talkSPORT to celebrate start of Betfred Super League

The eagerly awaited 2023 Betfred Super League season gets underway this Thursday when Warrington Wolves host 2022 Grand Finalists Leeds Rhinos. As part of the build up to the season opener, talkSPORT's Hawksbee and Jacobs show will be staged live from Warrington's Halliwell Jones Stadium to celebrate the start of Super League alongside a host of guests from across the sport.

Coverage begins at 1pm on talkSPORT with guests such as Daryl Powell, Stuart Pearce, Derek Beaumont, Brian Carney and more looking ahead to a huge opening round of Super League fixtures, as well as St Helens' World Club Challenge clash against NRL Premiers Penrith Panthers.

The Hawskbee and Jacobs show will run until 4pm before attention turns to the opening game of the 2023 season between the Wolves and Rhinos. Fans can tune into talkSPORT 2 to listen to live commentary of the game with coverage starting from 7.45pm.
