Fantasy League debrief

Here's the latest happening in Fantasy!

Top performers

This week’s top scorer made a cracking start to the week and featured in the opening game of Round 15.

Tom Davies posed a huge threat on the Robins’ right edge, scoring twice, assisting another try and also making a huge 245 metres from 24 carries. That display saw the winger collect 83 fantasy points.

His impressive performance makes him the second highest scoring winger in Fantasy Super League this year. At £120k, are you adding Davies into your side?

The two players to complete the top three this week are of the same position. Despite being on the losing side, Paul Vaughan was the second top scorer with 81 points. Vaughan made 137 metres and put in an impressive defensive stint which saw 33 tackles made.

Will you add Vaughan to your side ahead of Warrington's Round 16 clash with Hull FC?

Speaking of Hull FC, Herman Ese’ese rounds off the top three with 77 points, taking the Hermanator’s tally to 993 fantasy points this season, just 21 fewer than the current leader magic Mikey Lewis.

Given his recent form, it was rather a surprise that he didn’t cross the whitewash against the Red Devils. Nevertheless, he still had an immense impact on John Cartwright’s side.

Ese’ese was the only Black & White player to reach over 100 metres - a total of 134 from 20 carries.

The reliable prop has been a valuable asset to anyone who’s had him this season. Can you make room for him in your Fantasy team ahead of his trip to the Halliwell Jones Stadium? It's a ground where he has already scored in 2025...

Fantasy Flops

Winger Nick Cotric struggled with just 77 metres made which saw a poor return of 12 points from the £150k Fantasy player.

With the Dragons on a terrible run of form, is it safer to remove him until their fortunes have changed?

Jake Wardle had an off night for him by his high standards. This was reflected in just 18 Fantasy points being returned as the Warriors suffered a shock defeat to Wakefield Trinity.

Wardle carried the ball six times, but only made 23 metres giving an average carry of below four.

Jake Connor and Leeds Rhinos had an evening to forget on Friday. The current leader in the Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel standings only claimed a total of 20 Fantasy points.

Just 15 metres in what was a misfiring attack, saw the Rhinos slip to a disappointing defeat at the hands of the Saints.

Can they bounce back and are you keeping Connor in your side?
