Liam Marshall scored a hat-trick as Wigan Warriors moved into fourth place with a 52-10 victory over Hull KR.

Liam Farrell scored the opening try of the game, before Hull KR's Adam Quinlan pulled one back at the DW Stadium.

However, two tries in quick succession by Wigan winger Marshall, and a try by Zak Hardaker before the half gave Wigan a healthy lead at the break.

Marshall completed his hat-trick with the first try of the second-half, George Williams was pulling the strings in attack for Adrian Lam's men as he added a try with Farrell grabbing his second shortly after.

In his 100th Super League game Oliver Gildart went over the try line and his winger Joe Burgess added another shortly after.

Adam Quinlan scored a consolation try with 10 minutes to go, as Hull KR slip two points behind Leeds after their victory in Castleford.
