Bradford Bulls and Leigh Leopards will be the new names to hit Las Vegas when Betfred Super League returns there in 2027. They will face off against each other at Allegiant Stadium on February 27 as the latest instalment of the exciting partnership with the NRL. 

It will be the third year running British Rugby League has graced Sin City as the sport continues to showcase its quality across the Pond. Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves kicked things off in 2025 before Leeds Rhinos and reigning champions Hull KR headed there earlier this year. 

But now it is time for Bradford, the three-time World Club champions, and Leigh, one of Super League’s most exhilarating teams, to do battle in the States. Thousands of their fans are expected to join them in Nevada for an occasion which is quickly becoming a staple of the world rugby league calendar. 

The match will kick-off a triple-header as the NRL open their 2027 Telstra Premiership season. 

It marks a real turnaround for resurgent Bradford who only made their long-awaited return to Super League this season after an 11-year absence. 

Tickets for Rugby League in Las Vegas are expected to go sale next month.

Rugby League Las Vegas is quickly becoming an annual event after it was started back in 2024 by the NRL, with an intention of expanding the sport's global reach and engaging an American audience.

The event is held at the iconic Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In its inaugural year, Manly Sea Eagles met South Sydney Rabbitohs, whilst Sydney Roosters faced Brisbane Broncos as Vegas hosted two matches of the NRL season's opening round.

Then, in 2025, history was made as the Betfred Super League headed to the 'Entertainment Capital of the World' to join the party, as Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves entertained on US shores.

England Women also took on the Australia Jillaroos, adding international flavour to the occasion for the first time. Canberra Raiders, New Zealand Warriors, Penrith Panthers and Cronulla Sharks were the participating NRL teams that year.

Fast forward to 2026, and Super League was invited to be involved for a second year running - and as part of a blockbuster triple-header.

Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos’ clash kicked things off, before NRL matches between North Queensland Cowboys and Newcastle Knights, and Canterbury Bulldogs and St George Illawarra Dragons, took place.

For a third straight year, Super League will continue to entertain the American audience in 2027, with Bradford Bulls and Leigh Leopards making the big trip.
