2.1 How will I be Charged for SuperLeague+?

The following payment methods are accepted by SuperLeague+:

●      VISA

●      Mastercard

●      American Express

●      JCB

●      Discover

●      Diners Club

2.2 What if my Payment Method isn’t Accepted?

If SuperLeague+ has been unable to collect a payment for a premium membership, it means the card issuer or financial institution has rejected the charge.

Please go plus.superleague.co.uk to update or change your payment method.

We will immediately verify the new information and, if the charge is approved by your card issuer, you can continue enjoying premium SuperLeague+ content.

2.3 How Do I Reset my Password?

Our League members can log into the SuperLeague+ platform with their existing credentials. If you have forgotten your password or need to unlock your account, go to the SuperLeague+ or Our League log-in screen and click the link that says, ‘Forgot your username or password?’

You will then come to a screen that asks for your email address. Enter your valid email address associated with your SuperLeague+ or Our League account and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

The email will contain a link directing you to reset your password.

2.4 How Do I Cancel My Trial or Premium Membership?

Your SuperLeague+ membership must be cancelled through the same store or method it was purchased.

●      If you purchased through the web at plus.superleague.co.uk please visit SuperLeague+/account and look for the cancel button corresponding to your current membership plan under the Subscription tab.

●      If your membership was purchased on an iPhone or iPad using your Apple ID, you must cancel the subscription through Apple. View, Change or Cancel your subscription

●      If your membership was purchased through the Google Play store on an Android device, you must cancel through Google Play.  View, Change or Cancel your subscription

2.5 What Happens if I Cancel My Subscription?

2.5.1 CANCELLING A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

If you cancel your monthly subscription, we will no longer invoice you for membership and your most recent payment to us will be your last.

You will still have full access to SuperLeague+ until your current month’s subscription is over. For example, if you started your monthly subscription on the 1st of January and you cancel your monthly subscription on the 20th of January, you will still have full access to SuperLeague+ until midnight on the 31st of January.

Monthly subscriptions are refundable on a Resident-by-Resident basis. 

2.5.2 CANCELLING AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

If you cancel your annual subscription, we will no longer invoice you for membership and your most recent payment to us will be your last.

You will still have full access to SuperLeague+ until your current annual subscription is over. For example, if you started your annual subscription on the 1st of January and you cancel your annual subscription on the 20th of November, you will still have full access to SuperLeague+ until midnight on the 31st of December.

Annual subscriptions are refundable on a Resident-by-Resident basis.

2.6 How do I view my Invoice?

To view your invoice, go to SuperLeague+/account. Within the section ‘Payment History’, click the ‘View’ button.
