All Hail Sezer!
We are fast approaching the business end of the Betfred Super League season and it is often said that big players win big games and that big performances catch the eye of the Man of Steel panellists!
So step up Aidan Sezer…The new leader at the top of the Man of Steel leaderboard after toppling long time leader Paul McShane.
The Giants mercurial half back has been in exceptional form since the sport returned from lockdown guiding the team to four wins from seven games, including three straight unbeaten wins under interim coach, Luke Robinson.

Since Super League returned in August, Sezer has been integral to Giants attacking play and currently leads the way with 16 try assists this season, a feature of his play which has caught the watching eye of the Man of Steel Panellists, awarding him 10 points since Round 8.
With games coming thick and fast as we approach the climax of the season, will Sezer be able to maintain the levels he is playing at and push on to finish the season with a Man of Steel trophy in the cabinet?
In other games this week James Roby picked up his first Man of Steel points this season and Josh Thewlis impress for a young Warrington Wolves side which saw him collect three points.
