The Super League Show returns to the BBC and is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
Tanya Arnold presents the first in a new series of highlights, analysis and features as another blockbuster season in Betfred Super League begins. St Helens are the defending champions and are looking to win the Grand Final for a record-breaking fourth consecutive season.
The opening round of fixtures includes a repeat of last year’s Grand Final as Saints take on Catalans Dragons. Wigan Warriors are amongst the favourites to challenge St Helens this season, they open up their campaign against Hull KR, who enjoyed their best ever Super League run in 2021.
Daryl Powell takes charge of Warrington Wolves for the first time when they travel to Leeds rhinos, Castleford Tigers take on Salford Red Devils, and Wakefield Trinity play Hull FC. Newly promoted Toulouse Olympique have their first ever Super League fixture - their opponents are Huddersfield Giants.
