Travel update

Fans make Magic Weekend and we are working closely with local authorities to ensure that you enjoy the smoothest possible travel experience.

The latest travel advice is set out below.

We are expecting some disruption to train services on Saturday 3 June, with industrial action set to affect Avanti West Coast, CrossCountry, LNER, Northern and other train operators. You are advised to plan ahead, check nearer the day for the latest timetable information and in particular to check when your last train is expected to depart. Trains are still expected to be running but with a limited service and so remain an option for travel.

Alternatively, coach options remain available from Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester to Newcastle on the Saturday 3 June for fans travelling from either side on the Pennines.
