Jordan Abdull orchestrated Salford's downfall in Round 2, earning him another three Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel points and propelling him top of the leaderboard. Kane Linnett's relentless work rate for the Robins earned the experienced back rower two points, whilst Oliver Partington's impressive start to life at Salford saw him awarded one point.

Huddersfield Giants v Warrington Wolves

A busy George Williams receive maximum Man of Steel points after the Wolves victory against the Giants on Friday Night. Two try hero Matty Ashton was awarded two points thanks to his game changing scores for Warrington, whilst French international Theo Fages picked up the remaining point.

Leeds Rhinos v Hull FC

Hull FC's off-season recruit Jake Clifford picked up his first Man of Steel points after a commanding display against Leeds. A try and an assist during an 80-minute display earned Kruise Leeming two points, and Tex Hoy's impressive start to life at Hull saw him awarded one Man of Steel point.

Wigan Warriors v Wakefield Trinity

The Warriors new number seven Harry Smith led his side to their first win of the 2023 season, picking up three Man of Steel points in the process. Wigan captain Liam Farrell was at his ever-reliable best, earning two points and Liam Marshall was the recipient of one Man of Steel point after an impressive four try display.

Highlights: The Warriors storm to victory against Trinity

Catalans Dragons v Leigh Leopards

Mickael Goudemand slotted effortlessly into the Dragons back row to produce an accomplished display which included a decisive try on Saturday Night. Leopards skipper John Asiata picked up two points in defeat whilst Tom Johnstone maintained his eye-catching start to life in the South of France to pick up the final Man of Steel point.

St Helens v Castleford Tigers

There was no World Club Challenge hangover for St Helens' Alex Walmsley after a two try display inspired the Champions to victory in Round 2. Jonny Lomax received two Man of Steel points thanks to two try assists during a typically complete performance. Sione Mata'utia was a rock on the Saints edge, earning the final Man of Steel point.
