Fantasy League debrief

Top performers
Tim Lafai was the standout player in Round 18 of Fantasy League, scoring an impressive return of 91 points. The centre contributed with two tries, four offloads and a huge 13 tackle busts during a busy performance for the Red Devils.
Leigh Leopards prop Tom Amone continues to excel in his first year in Super League - he tallied 78 points in Round 18 and remains one of the premium Fantasy front rowers. Amone crossed for a try, made four tackle busts and ran for 165 metres against the out of form Castleford.

And Amone wasn't the only Leopard to run rampant in Round 18. Lachlan Lam and John Asiata both finished with 73 points - Lam chipping in with two tries and four tackle busts, whilst Asiata managed two try assists and 35 tackles. A hugely successful weekend for owners of the Leigh Leopards trio.
Fantasy flops
Tom Johnstone couldn't add to his impressive Fantasy run in Round 18. The winger finished with an underwhelming 13 points with no notable contributions as his side fell to a rare home defeat against the Giants.

Edwin Ipape, who has been in fine form for Leigh Leopards this season, failed to repay his owners in Round 18. The Leopards star only scored 13 points in their victory against The Tigers and couldn't influence the fixture as much as he has so far this season after featuring for just 30 minutes. Owners will be keen to see Ipape return to his high scoring ways in the upcoming rounds.
Ethan Havard suffered a hamstring injury just six minutes into the Warriors' Round 18 clash with Wigan - and scoring just six points as a consequence.
Looking ahead
Oliver Partington will be out of action for The Red Devils Round 19 fixture against Leigh Leopards after receiving a one match ban. Owners of the loose forward will be forced to make a change ahead of the weekends fixtures.

Catalans' Mitchell Pierce could potentially make his return for the current League Leaders in their tie against St Helens. He has been named in their 21-man squad after missing last week through suspension.
After serving his suspension in Round 18, Blake Austin becomes available for selection as the Rhinos take on Hull KR. After registering an impressive Round 17 score, he will be on plenty of Fantasy owners radars this time out.
