3 hrs

Hull KR have claimed their second piece of silverware of the 2025 season, beating Warrington Wolves 28-20 in the last round of the regular Betfred Super League season to add the League Leaders’ Shield to the Challenge Cup they lifted at Wembley Stadium in June.
The win extends the Robins’ lead over second-placed Wigan Warriors to four points, meaning the Warriors cannot catch them whatever the result of their Round 27 fixture at home to Leeds Rhinos as the regular season concludes with four matches on Friday night.
It is the first time in the 30 seasons of the Super League that Hull KR have won the Shield, awarded to the team finishing top of the table at the end of the regular season – and they are the ninth different club to do so.
Finishing top also secures significant advantages in the Betfred Super League Play-Off series which begins next weekend, and culminates in the title-deciding Grand Final at Old Trafford on Saturday October 11.
Hull KR now receive a bye through the first round of the Play-Offs, meaning they are 80 minutes away from their second consecutive Grand Final appearance, and will have home advantage in the Semi Finals on the weekend of October 3-4 – when they will face the lower-ranked of the two first round winners.
Rugby League Commercial have also confirmed that the supporters of the winners of Hull KR’s semi final will be allocated seats in the East Stand of Old Trafford on October 11, while the other semi final will play for a place in the West Stand.
Tickets for the Betfred Super League Grand Final are already in high demand, with extremely limited availability in categories 1, 2, and 3, and Old Trafford’s South Stand nearing a sell-out. An allocation will be provided to the two finalist teams across these areas, but to avoid disappointment fans are advised to book early.
Tickets for the biggest night of the Rugby League year start at just £30 for adults, and £15 for juniors, available to purchase here - Betfred Super League Grand Final 2025 - MyProVenue™.
The Final Charge for places in the Play-Offs concludes on Friday night with Leigh Leopards aiming to secure their first top three Super League finish in a home game against Huddersfield Giants.
That would mean a home game in the first round of the Play-Offs next Friday night against Wakefield Trinity, who are now guaranteed to finish sixth whatever the result of their final Friday night fixture at Salford Red Devils, after Hull FC missed the chance to climb above them when they lost their Round 27 fixture at home to Catalans Dragons.
