Westwood banned

At a hearing by an Independent Tribunal on Tuesday evening, Ben Westwood (Warrington Wolves) pleaded guilty but challenged the grading of a Grade D headbutting charge following an incident in the Round 6 Betfred Super League meeting between Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors. 

The challenge to the grading was unsuccessful and the Tribunal found the grading at grade D was correct and appropriate.

Westwood receives a four-match suspension and a £500 fine.
