PLAY FANTASY LEAGUE HERE!

With attention this weekend on the Betfred Challenge Cup Final, Fantasy players have an extra week and four transfers to prepare for Round 13.

Here’s a look at who impressed - and who fell short - in Round 12 of the Betfred Super League.

If you haven’t already you can build your team here!

Top performers

Mikey Lewis (104 points)

The Robins' playmaker was back to his best on Thursday Night, making the most of the opportunity from a Fantasy perspective.

His mercurial display consisted of a hat-trick of tries in just 17 minutes, one try assist, two clean line breaks and an astounding ten attacking kicks. If Super League fans needed a reminder of his enduring class, he certainly reminded them.

Magic Mikey is one of only four star players priced at £170k, and his display showed exactly why.

He has also topped Fantasy scoring across the previous two seasons. If you have the budget, he is worth bringing in.

Charlie Staines (92 points)

The Betfred Super League is stacked with talent at full-back. And Catalans’ number 1 one of the very best around. His contributions helped the Dragons beat the Knights on Saturday.

Scoring a try as just the tip of the iceberg in York – Staines also completed four offloads, busted through a terrific ten tackles, and carried the ball for 240 metres. The ‘Forbes Ferrari’ isn’t short of speed, that’s for sure!

Staines is priced fairly cheaper than others in his position. At £140k, he’s proven he can punch above his price tag and deliver consistent Fantasy points for any side – especially with his metre-making.

In need of a new fullback in June? Staines could be your man.

Rhyse Martin (89 points)

The PNG international quietly goes about his business week in week out and proved he’s a vital cog as the Robins dominated against a youthful Warriors outfit in Round 12.

Martin crossed the whitewash once, kicked the ball over the sticks nine times, completed seven tackle busts, ran with the ball for 140 metres and broke through the Warriors’ defensive line once. He was everywhere in Thursday’s fixture.

Martin provides great value for money compared to other second rowers, priced at just £110k. Looking to get your money’s well worth? This Robin should be at the top of your list.

Umyla Hanley (79 points)

The Leopards’ strike centre showed everyone on Friday why he was selected for the Betfred Super League's 2025 Dream Team.

One try and two try assists was just the start of his dazzling performance. Hanley also made two clean line breaks, eight tackle busts, offloaded the ball twice and carried it for 140 metres. He may have returned just a few weeks ago, but it’s safe to say the Leigh number four is well and truly back!

Need more Fantasy points out of your centres for the remainder of the season? Hanley can be the answer to your problems…

Jack Broadbent (77 points)

The versatile Englishman has gained plenty of plaudits this season as he has seamlessly filled Arthur Mourgue’s boots at fullback for the Robins, amongst other positions. He continued to do so on Thursday!

Broadbent carried the ball for a staggering 340 metres, scored one try and assisted two more. As well as busting through two would-be tacklers and completing one offload.

He’ll get plenty of game time with the Robins number one out injured again. And given his performances so far this season, he’s a proved he can be a consistent source of Fantasy points.

Fantasy Flops

Ash Handley (17 points)

Brad Arthur has previously said that he’s surprised more people aren’t talking about Handley’s stellar season. However, the Rhinos skipper didn’t hit the heights and will be disappointed that he didn’t contribute to his side’s rout of the Giants in Round 12.

Jackson Hastings (22 points)

The Saints half-back wasn’t at the races as his side suffered a shock defeat to the Tigers. His late sin-binning won’t have helped his Fantasy score either. He’ll be hoping to bounce back in Round 13.
