Super League and Select Cards announce landmark trading card partnership

Super League has today announced a landmark partnership with Select Cards, one of the world's most respected and longest-established sports trading card companies, bringing an exciting and highly collectible new range of officially licensed trading cards to fans and collectors in 2027.

The announcement was made at the 2026 season Dream Team event, where fans and collectors were given a first look at what's to come, seeing their favourite Dream Team players immortalised on collectible cards.

For more than four decades, Select Cards has helped define the modern premium trading card market. The company is widely credited with elevating trading cards from promotional items into true premium collectibles, setting international benchmarks for design, innovation and rarity while building exceptional collector confidence through carefully managed limited-edition releases.

The partnership marks the next step in Select Cards' international expansion, bringing the company's world-renowned premium card designs, strictly limited-edition releases and highly sought-after autograph cards to Betfred Super League supporters for the first time. Later this year, Select Cards will also release its official Rugby League World Cup series, giving Betfred Super League fans an early taste of the craftsmanship and innovation coming for Betfred Super League in 2027.
