Goodwin to leave Wire

Bryson Goodwin is set to return to the NRL at the end of the season.

Warrington Wolves confirm that centre Bryson Goodwin will leave the club at the end of the current season, when his two-year contract comes to a close, re-signing for NRL side South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Goodwin, 33, has been at Warrington for two seasons, having signed ahead of 2018, making his debut in February of that year. He has currently made 49 appearances including 16 this year, scoring 23 tries and 43 goals, playing down the left edge. He holds heritage number 1138.

The Kiwi began his professional career in the Australian NRL with Cronulla Sharks in 2007, moving to the Canterbury Bulldogs in 2010, before signing for the South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2013. He also has 10 representative caps for New Zealand.
