Covid-19 Ticketing FAQ
Public health considerations – for everyone - and particularly the most vulnerable in all our communities - are everyone’s priority.
The Rugby Football League and Super League continue to follow the Government’s advice. We are in constant contact with the relevant Government Departments who are informed by the national scientific and medical experts.

Please understand that due to the high volume of enquiries, our ticketing team is experiencing higher numbers of calls and emails at the current time and it may therefore take a little longer than normal for us to respond. We will endeavour to respond to all our customers within 72 hours. We are working remotely in line with the government restrictions and we appreciate your patience.
Betfred Super League Grand Final update
Betfred Super League Grand Final 2021 has been confirmed at Old Trafford, Manchester on 9 October.
Any tickets purchased for 2020, and where a refund has not been requested, will be valid for the Grand Final in 2021. We thank you for your continued support and understanding at this uncertain time.
Under the current Government guidelines events taking place after 21 June should plan to go ahead with little to no restrictions. However, please note that should circumstances change then whilst every effort will be made to locate your seats in the same area for the 2021 Betfred Super League Grand Final we cannot guarantee this that this will be possible in all cases; for instance, if social distancing rules are reintroduced. Should your seats need to be relocated, they will be transferred to a location that matches the price band that you paid.
Consequently, we have prepared some FAQs to provide you with some further information.
Will my existing ticket(s) be valid for Betfred Super League Grand Final 2021?
Yes as per the RFL ticketing terms and conditions your existing tickets will remain valid for the event in 2021 and you don’t need to do anything.
Please note that whilst every effort will be made to locate your seat(s) in the same area for the 2021 Betfred Super League Grand Final, we cannot guarantee this will be possible in all cases.
Should your seats need to be relocated, they will be transferred to a location that matches the price band that you paid for the 2020 Grand Final.
In addition, if Government restrictions still apply at the time of the 2021 Grand Final, your stadium seating may be subject to social distancing.
Can I use ticket credits to buy 2021 Betfred Super League Grand Final tickets?
Yes, you can now purchase a ticket to the Betfred Super League Grand Final using ticket credits acquired from 2020 cancelled/postponed events. The amount you currently have credited will appear on your RFL Ticketing home screen and your credit can be applied before completing your purchase.
You can use as little or as much of your credit on a transaction as you wish and pay any remaining balance with a credit/debit card. However, please ensure that your credit is applied prior to completion of the sale as we are unable to action retrospectively.
If you are a customer with accessible ticketing requirements, you can also use the credit by speaking to a member of our Box Office.
In order to receive a discount for group bookings, please contact Groups@SuperLeague.co.uk or call the ticket box office.
A 20% discount will be applied to group bookings of 6 to 14 people, and a 40% discount when purchasing for groups of 15 or more.
There are no group discounts available for Category 1 seats, and a maximum of 20% discount on any Category 2 seats, even when buying for 15 or more people.
