Parcell out for nine weeks

Hull KR have announced that hooker Matt Parcell will be out for eight to nine weeks after picking up an ankle injury in Friday's 22-4 defeat at the hands of Huddersfield Giants.

The news comes after a number of injuries to important first-team players for KR with Weller Hauraki, Adam Quinlan and Jordan Abdull also facing spells on the sidelines.

All being well, Parcell should return to action at the beginning of May.
